Easy sushi bowl
1. Combined cubed tuna and 1/4 cup soy sauce in a bowl, and let marinate while you are getting your other ingredients together.
2. Combine sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. ) in a small pot over medium heat. Well continuously whisking, bring to a boil and reduce to a slightly soupy consistency. This will take approximately three minutes. Do not walk away as this can easily burn. Remove from heat and allow to cool while assembling sushi bowls.
