cook onion in skillet coated with cooking spray about 3 mins, add all mushrooms and garlic, cook 3-4 mins, until onion is tender
add 3/4 cup milk, bring to simmer and stir occasionally
mix cornstarch with remaining 2 TBS milk and stir in mushroom mix, add cream cheese and wine, cook stirring often one to 2 mins until smooth and blended, add seasoning
coat baking dish with cooking spray, spread some sauce in bottom and layer 1/3 of polenta slices ove sauch, sprinkle 1/4 cup Parm. over polenta
top with half of remaining sauce, layer with 1/3 of polenta slices and remaining sauch, top with remaining polenta
bake uncovered, 35-40 mins until bubbly
sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parm. broil 3-5 mins until cheese is lightly browned, remove from heat and cover loosely with foil and let stand 10 mins before serving
