Traditional Polish street food.
1) Add the vegetable oil to a frying pan over a medium heat and add the mushrooms, onions, red pepper, turmeric and black pepper. Cook until soft.
2) Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3) Once the mushrooms are soft, add the mixture to each half of the baguette.
4) Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
5) Toast in the oven until the cheese has melted.
6) Drizzle over some ketchup and serve,
Like a pizza can be served with multiple toppings, make this recipe then add whatever you like on top, pepperoni is popular in Poland.
