My step Mother made this dish once a week most of my life and after years of trial and error making it I finally got it down! It''s an easy and quick recipe that''s great for the lover of onions.
In a large Saucepan add cooking oil and onions cook on low until onions are translucent.
Add Mojo, Cooking Wine, Bouillon, Sazon Goya, and garlic powder. Mix well. (Salt and Pepper to taste)
Add Chicken and cook on low/med heat for approx 25-30 Minutes or until chicken is completely cook through.
Serve over rice.
**You can also use thighs or drumsticks if you like darker meat.
