Spread onions, tomatoes, and chiles on bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mixture over filling. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 375 F, 60-70 mins or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Allow to cool 10-15 mins before cutting.
