MEATBALLS
Combine all ingredients (except oil) & shape into meatballs.
Prep 2 Options
Fry
Put Oil in Pan
Put meatballs over medium heat and cook until Brown all around
Bake
Preheat oven to 400°
Put parchment paper on a baking pan - spray lightly with Oil Spray
Put Meatballs on paper
Bake approx. 20 minutes
SAUCE
Mix Sugar - Cornstarch - Bouillon - Vinegar - Soy Sauce & Pineapple Juice
Cook over medium heat until thickened
Add Pineapple Chunks and pour over meatballs
Simmer for 20 minutes
