Boil in water with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp old bay, 1/2 tbsp dry mustard, 1 tsp celery seed.
When shrimp turn pink, drain and cool. Save about 2 quarts of boil water.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain, cool, and cook in large bowl.
Add all other ingredients to bowl including shrimp.
Cut shrimp in half if large. Mix and, if dry, add a little boil water.
Put in fridge to let cool for several hours overnight. If the liquid is absorbed too much by the macaroni, add some more boil water. A little at a time until satisfying consistency.
