Quick and easy.
Bake popcorn shrimp according to the package. Cut sub rolls and spread mayonnaise on the inside of the roll. Place lettuce and tomato inside sub rolls and fill with popcorn shrimp. Drizzle spicy mustard over shrimp and serve.
Can use Remoulade sauce or other spicy sauce in place of mayo.
