Beat eggs for 1/2 minute with electric mixer. Add other ingredients, beat one minute more. Spray pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill 10 popover cups or 6 oz. glass custard cups 1/2 - 3/4 full.
Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes more.
