Heat oven to 450. Generously grease 12 muffin tins. **DO NOT USE silicone muffin pan for this recipe!**
In a small bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients and beat just until blended. Fill prepared tins 1/2 full. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. WITHOUT opening the oven door, reduce heat to 325 and continue to bake for 25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from pans and serve immediately.
