muffin tin
combine ingredients in blender
beat ~20s until looks like pancake batter, no lumps
butter tin
fill every other spot 1/3 - 1/2 full
cook 25 min in oven
after 25 turn down to 350, cook for 10-15
let sit for few minutes to cool
pry out gently with butter knife along sides
DONT OPEN THE OVEN
