Suggest a better descriptionProcess eggs and milk together with hand blender until smooth. Add flour, melted butter and salt. Continue blending on high speed until smooth and bubbly. Cover and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. While batter is resting, measure 1/2 teaspoon oil into each cup of popover pan. Adjust oven rack to lowest position, place popover pan in oven and hear oven to 450 F. Pour batter into container with spout. Remove pan and divide batter evenly. Return pan to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Lower heat to 350 F and continue to bake until popovers are golden brown 15 to 18 minutes.
