Bread:
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
* Mix all ingredients except eggs (and glaze ingredients).
* Add this mixture to the beaten eggs. Mix 2 minutes with mixer.
* Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour.
* Remove & let cool 5 minutes. Pour glaze over top of loaves.
* Let cool additional 5 minutes; remove loaves from pans.
Glaze:
* Mix glaze ingredients in saucepan.
* Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
* Pour over warm loaves.
Preparation Time: 1 1/2 Hours
