Suggest a better descriptionCut chicken in half the long way and then boil for 15 mins. While they are cooking, mix the can of cream of chicken, container of sour cream, and melted butter. Smash crackers in a bag and mix with the poppy seeds.take the chicken out of the boiling water and place into a 9"X9" pan. Spread the cream of chicken/sour cream mix over and in between the chicken. Sprinkle the cracker/poppy seed mix over the top of everything. Cover with aluminum foil and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
