Suggest a better descriptionSpray pan slightly with non-stick cooking spray, but no need to flour pan.
Mix first 5 dry ingredients, then add the cooking oil, egg, apples, raisins, and nuts and vanilla.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Keeps in refrigerator (freezer section) for a long time. (I make it with whole wheat graham flour.)
