Brown Neck bones in large saucepan.
Once browned add garlic brown garlic with meat app 5 min. (do not burn garlic)
Add onion and Italian seasoning and cook down onion. (glaze)
Add sauce, Bring to boil, Lower to simmer
Let simmer 2.5 hours
