Puree ingredients in blender until smooth and transfer mixture to measuring cup pitcher. Fill molds. Freeze at least 24 hours before unmolding.
Place 3 to 5 blackberry halves into each popsicle mold.
Puree remaining ingredients until smooth, then transfer mixture to measuring cup pitcher. Skim off and discard foam from surface. Pour into prepared molds. Freeze at least 24 hours.
Puree ingredients for cantaloupe layer until smooth. Fill molds halfway.
Freeze 30 minutes or until partially frozen. Meanwhile puree for honeydew lawyer until smooth. Pour over partially frozen cantaloupe layer and freeze for 24 hours.
BLUEBERRY CURACAO MELON
Combine blueberries, juice and sugar in small saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, ,2 minutes or until berries split. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Pour mixture into a blender and add curacao, yoghurt, lime juice and salt. Puree until smooth.
Fill molds halfway. Freeze 30 minutes or until partially frozen. Meanwhile prepare cantaloupe mixture (see recipe above). Pour over partially frozen blueberry layer. Freeze for 24 hours .
