This is the best Clam Sauce we have eaten, wonderful tasting white sauce with clams, plenty of garlic and fresh parsley. Enjoy!!
In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat, adding onion and garlic, cooking until opaque (about 2 - 5 minutes). Add mushrooms slices and cook one more minute. Lower heat to medium; Pour in undrained cans of clams and ragu cheese sauce with fresh parsley. Cook in pan for about 10 minutes stirring often.
Meanwhile, in large pot, cook pasta to desired consistency as per package directions.
Serve chunky sauce over angel hair pasta topped with fresh fine grated parmesan cheese with broccoli on the side.....Enjoy!!!!

Prep time: 15 minutes
cooking time: 20 minutes
When doubling recipe, allow to simmer longer so that it will thicken. Still tastes as good, but is kind of liquidy without thickening. 10 to 15 minutes should be enough….
