These are good.
Mix beef, onion, rice, bread crumbs, egg, salt and milk together lightly, but well. Do not over mix. Using either a #30 scoop or a 1/8 measuring cup portion out meatballs. (36 meatballs in total). Place on baking sheets. Bake in 450 F oven, 10 minutes or until meatballs are browned. Place meatballs into a baking pan. Pour tomato sauce over all the meatballs. Cover. Bake at 350 F for .75-1 hr or until meatballs are done. Serve 3 meatballs with 2.5 Tbsp sauce per serving.
