Quick, Easy to make, family pleaser.
1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter/margarine in large skillet.
2. In medium size mixing bowl, add egg, hamburger, and rice from Rice O Roni mix.
3. With clean hands, mix ingredients.
4. Roll between hands forming small balls and place in skillet. Forming approximately 20 balls.
5. Brown in skillet on all sides.
6. Add 2.5 cups water and seasoning package to skillet.
7. Bring to boil. Stirring occasionally.
8. Cover pan, reduce heat to low.
9. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Enjoy!
Don't overcook meatballs when browning.
