A family favorite made in the instant pot!
Mix meat, rice, and seasonings together in a medium bowl.
Dump soup and water into instant pot and stir.
Form 2 inch balls out of the meat and rice mixture and pack firmly. Place into the soup mixture.
Place lid on instant pot and set to pressure cook mode for 15 mins.
Let drop pressure on its own for 10 mins then quick release.
Serve topped with grated cheese and buttered peas as a side.
