Suggest a better descriptionPlace the pork in a medium size pot together with garlic, soy sauce, pepper and vinegar and let stand for 2 hours. Cook slowly in the same pot until the pork is tender, about 30 minutes. Remove all contents to a separate bowl, and add oil to pan to coat. Fry pork in oil to crisp and add to serving dish. When pork is finished frying, fry garlic and place in serving dish. Add marinade back to pan and boil 10 minutes to reduce.
