Pork and beef chili with potatoes.
1. Put potatos on baking pan and begin baking at 375F.
1. Dice all peppers and onions. Set aside.
2. Begin browning pork and ground beef in large pot on stove.
3. Add chopped veggies.
5. Add chili powder and mix well.
6. Mix in salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
7. Add beans.
8. Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
9. Let simmer.
10. When potatoes are soft, take them out of the oven and put in bowls.
11. Serve chili over potatos.
12. Add cheese and sour cream to taste.
