Suggest a better description1. Combine pear halves, peeled tomatoes, chopped onion, peppercorns or cayenne pepper together in saucepan. 2. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Place in food processor, blend coarsely, to create a relish. Heat a little oil in a heavy plain or ribbed pan, until hot. 3. Cook pork, 2 to 3 minutes on each side, brushing with some relish. 4. Serve as illustrated on oil-brushed pan-fried thick bread slices, rubbed with garlic.
