Brown chops in EVOO.
Add chicken broth, cover, simmer until meat is tender.
Add cream of mushroom soup, and additional water, if necessary. Add bacon bits. Cook a bit longer while pierogies boil.
Boil pierogies, then add to chops in skillet. Serve!
