Combine sour cream, water, flour, salt and garlic in a small bowl.
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet (med/hi)
Add pork and saute for 5 mins on each side or until golden.
Remove pork from pan.
Add onion and mushrooms to pan and saute for 3-5 mins.
Carefully add wine.
Cook for 3-5 mins. until liquid is almost gone.
Stir sour cream mixture into pan.
Return pork chops to pan and spoon mixture over meat.
Cover and cook at very low temp for abt 1 hour.
