Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
2. Set eggs, ground turkey and pork at room temp to warm a little.
3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; cook carrot, bell pepper, onion, garlic and spinach until soft; set aside to cool.
4. Mix in a large bowl the turkey, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, 2 tbsp ketchup, salt and pepper. Add the vegetable mixture and mix in until evenly combined. Shape into a loaf and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Whisk together honey and ketchup in a small bowl to make a glaze. Spread over the meatloaf.
6. Bake in oven for 60-70 min until no longer pink in the center. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
