dice onion, saute and add to pot
dice celery saute and add to pot
dice pork, brown and add to pot along with bones
simmer on low for 2 hours
dice sweet potato add to pot, simmer till potatoes are soft
add spices,
simmer 15 minutes, turn off heat and serve
