Place ground pork in a mixing bowl. Add Worcestershire, Dijon and salt pepper. Mix until combined combined. Great one small apple and mix into the pork. Form into patties and throw on the grill. Lightly toasted brioche buns. Add the condiments of your choice and enjoy
