Marinate pork in:
Food Processor: all ingredients up to broth. Add broth to puree.
Marinate for 24 hours or so.
Put in oven for 3 hours, shred and return to oven in the juices (it will soak up).
Add the chives, onion, bell and cilantro at this time.
Serve with corn tortillas
Leftover pizza: Ciabatta - hot sauce - Jack cheese - meat - onion (450 15 minutes) Top with Cabbage - tomatoes - cheese
