Very easy and very good!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Slice potatoes thinly into rounds (like potato chips) and put in a buttered large casserole pan. Line potatoes evenly all over pan and you can stack them as well.
Chop onions into small pieces and cut mushrooms into medium pieces.
In a large frying pan melt butter and fry pork chops until well browned on each side.
Remove pork chops and place them on the potatoes
In the same pan, saute the onions and mushrooms with the pepper and garlic salt.
Pour in the milk and cream of mushroom soup and mix well. Remove from heat and pour over the pork chops and potatoes.
Place foil over the top and cook for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
