Suggest a better descriptionSalt chops and brown on each side. Set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese, and 1/2 cup crumbled french fried onions. Spoon into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Arrange chops over potatoes and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Posted to brand-name-recipes by Nancy Clark
