Sweet but not hot rub
Mix seasonings, dry chops with paper towel, rub seasonings liberally.
Set grill for high and low areas. Sear each side about 3 minutes on high. Move to low and cook/flip until internal temperature reaches 145 minimum.
Serve with grilled vegetable like cauliflower.
