Suggest a better descriptionSeason pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat oil in oven safe skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove from heat. Mix cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water together. Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
While pork chops are cooking, cut potatoes in fourths. Put in saucepan and cover with water. Add salt. Bring to boil, cook on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Use sauce from pork chops for gravy on the potatoes.
