Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, honey & ketchup and pour over pork chops.
Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 145 degrees.
During last 30 mins of cooking, bring sushi rice and water to a boil in a medium sauce pan. Cover and cook on low for 15 mins. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 10 mins. Stir in rice vinegar.
During last 15 minutes, steam broccoli and mix into slow cooker.
Serve pork with sauce over sushi rice.
