In A large pan add oil and raise to Medium Heat. Brown Pork on all sides.
Combine the soup, Mushrooms, Chicken broth and the remaining flour mixture into a large oven safe pot. Place the Pork inside the mixture and cover with mixture. Bake covered in a 350 Degree Oven for 1 1/2 hours-2 hours.
