grilled spiced pork chops & peaches - amended from America's Test Kitchen recipe for Pork Tenderloins. Note, use ripe peaches - firm peaches will take longer to soften up and may scorch before softened.
Mix half of the Brown Sugar, the Paprika, Allspice, Salt and Pepper, together in a bowl. Trim fat from pork chops, pat dry with paper towels, rub with 1 teaspoon of the oil. Coat each chop with evenly with spice mixture and set aside.
Halve and pit peaches then brush with remaining two teaspoons of oil and sprinkle cut sides with remaining tablespoon of brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat up grill - Oil the cooking grate
Pork chops, for charcoal grill cook pork chops uncovered. for Gas grill, cook on medium high with cover closed.
Peaches place cut side down on grill and cook until well caramelized, about 3 to 4 minutes. turn peaches and continue to cook until they are slightly softened, about 3 minutes longer.
