Add pork chops and cook 3 min each side till nicely browned. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add the water to deglase and then add the sweet Potatos and onions.
Sauté for about 3 minutes
Add the OJ, br sugar, cider vinegar, and swirl pan to mix
Cover and simmer about 10 minutes
Place pork chops on top of Potatos, cover and continue to simmer for another 10 - 15 minutes till chops are dome to your liking.
Turn off heat and add apples, cover and let stand another 5 minutes
Meanwhile make a little rue with the sauce to thicken it
