Suggest a better description1. Mix together ingrediants [oil, Italian herbs & salt]; brush over chops in nonstick skillet. Fry over medium high until browned. And just a hint of pink remains. 4mins per side. Transfer onto plate; keep warm.
2. Add balsamic vinegar to pan. Simmer over medium heat for 30 secs. Whisk cornstarch into stock; add to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer until thickened, about 1 min. Return chops to pan. Heat though, turning over to coat.
3. Cook potatoes. Mash potatoes with butter, salt, and milk.
