Suggest a better description1. In a large heavy skillet on medium-high, heat oil. Add pork chops, and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning once, until cooked through. Place on a serving platter; keep warm.
2. Add onions and garlicto skillet; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add cider, increase heat, and cook 4 minutes, scraping up browned bits on bottom of skillet, until cider is reduced and slightly thickened.
3. Add vinegar, mustard, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to skillet, stirring to combine. Pour over pork.
