Pork Chops Simmered in a Delicious Cream Dill Sauce
IN a large skilled over medium high heat warm the olive oil and brown the pork chops 7 minutes each side. Transfer chops to a plate. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining olive oil, bell pepper, onion and saute vegetables until tender about 5 min. Add broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
In a small bowl mix together sour cream, fluor, mustard, paprika and dill. Remove pan from head and stir in mixture. Reduce heat to low and simmer turning once until chops are barely pink inside about 12 minutes.
