-Once soft put red wine vinegar over veggies. Then turn down heat, put tablespoon of olive oil over pan and let it stew for 2-3 min.
-Put sliced basil in and cook for 30 seconds. Take mixture off heat.
-Cook seasoned pork chops on hot pan, whole adding crushed cloves of garlic on pan with thyme.
-Each side for 3.5-4 min, add thin slices of butter and baste meat with mixture.
-Let rest for 6-8 minutes, serve with peppers.
