Add all ingredients in a food processor and pulse.
Lay out dumpling skins on a cutting board and brush the outer edges with a little water.
Place a tablespoon of pork filling onto the center of skin.
Fold skin and crimp to close the dumpling.
*Make sure the skin is completely closed!
Heat a wide skillet (that has a lid) over medium high heat.
Add oil and brown dumplings for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/4 C. water and cover the pan.**it will spatter so be ready with that lid!
Reduce heat to medium and steam dumplings for 3-5 minutes more.
Shake pan to release them from the bottom of the skillet.
