Sear in frying pan until golden brown on all sides

Insert thermometer probe in meat
Add chicken stock
Add BBQ Sauce
Add apple cider vinager
Sprinkle with rub
Remove when temp hits 145
Make a rough
Pour the liquid from the slow cooker into a pot.
Heat the pot over medium heat and bring the sauce to a simmer.
Wisk in rough until desired consistancy
