Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet and sear medallions 3 minutes / side
Set aside in serving dish
In a medium sauce pan pour Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and wine, heat on med-high heat
Reduce volume by half
Place Pork Medallions back in skillet to heat in sauce
Pull Pork out on plate & Pour sauce over pork.
