Suggest a better descriptionSalt and pepper the pork before cooking it. Put olive oil in pan and heat up. Add chopped pork, onion, and celery and cook until pork is done. Pull pork and then add water to skillet to gather up the leavings. Add corn starch to thicken gravy mixture. Put Pork back in and let simmer for a couple of minutes. Serve over cooked pan noodles.
