Fry the sausgae and hamburger ith onion and garlic
Drain
Cover with water about an inch above meet.
Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper
Cover and boil untill liquid is allmost gone.
Meanwhile boil potatoes
Mash potatoes
Add potatoes too meat.
DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO POTATOES (there is still some liqid in the meet)
Mix good.
Put in pie shell
Put 2nd pie shell on top
Bake
ilike mine with ketchup, jim likes his with tabasco.
