Heat oil, saute onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. About 5 minutes. Add rice and saute for 1 minute. Add water, broth, and corn. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add pork, beans and tomatillos. Cook until heated through. Add lime juice, and sere with fresh Cilantro.
