Combine 1/2 can tomatoes and flour in slow cooker. Stir well with a whisk. Add all mushrooms, onion, and dried tomatoes.
Trim fat off pork. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper; place on top of mushroom mixture. Pout remaining tomatoes over pork.
Cover and cook on high 1 hour then low 7 hours. Remove pork from cooker and cut into chunks. serve with ragout over noodles.
