A perfect fall dish, yum!
1 - Marinate pork roast with all seasoning if possible.
2 - Brown all sides of pork roast on med-high in EVOO
3 - Roast 90 minutes at 350 degrees.
** I roasted root vegetables 30 minutes at 400 degrees before making the roast with italian seasoning, thyme and EVOO then reheated while the pork roast was resting at 450 degrees for 10 minutes **
